BISS Ch. SunStrike Romeo, AOM

Limited frozen semen available to approved bitches

Romeo was purchased from SunStrike by David & Kristin Noe as a family pet. Wanting to properly socialize him, David and Romeo attended a handling class run by Maryann Wilson, a friend of Jills. Well Maryann went bonkers over this puppy and told David and I (Jill) that he should really show him! After I saw him again, I fully agreed.

So we planned to meet for the GDCC match and I was going to handle him. Well, I got stuck in traffic and missed his class. Poor Kristin, who had no idea how to show a dog, took him into the class. I later heard that he'd had a wonderful time rolling around in the grass! However ringside was buzzing about this gorgeous young puppy and wanting to know who he was. So started his show career. He finished his championship at 14 months of age and has won several Best of Breeds including 2 Best In Show Specialties one under judge Eric Ringle and the most recent on June 8th at the age of nine and a half years!! under judge Anita Dunne!!  He still displays the spirit of a 2 year old and is sound as he can be!

Romeo was handled to most of his championship points by Julie Rock.  Since then he has been beautifully handled by Brianne Rock and Christina Rock, Julie's daughters.

Romeo IS a family pet and we are all very proud of his accomplishments.  However the most exciting thing about him is his ability as a sire.  His puppies are outstanding showing great conformation and typical confident and happy Dane temperament.
